Are terra cotta planters waterproof?
Yes, all terra cotta planters are sealed with two coats of sealer inside and out to protect from direct planting and weather.
Can I put my planter in direct sunlight?
Yes. The sealing process will protect the design from fading.
Can I plant a live plant directly into planters?
Yes. The sealing process prevents water from seeping through and ruining the design. Please be sure to bring your (filled) planter indoors during freezing weather to prevent breakage.
How long will it take to get my order?
If items you ordered are in stock, they will ship within three business days. If any item is out of stock, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
How do I pay for my order?
I am happy to provide PayPal as a payment method which will allow you to use any credit card you choose.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated when you place your order.
What is your return policy?

Can you send me a catalog?
Because our products continually change, we do not print catalogs. So check back often for new pieces.
Can I purchase at wholesale prices?
Touched by Fantasy is a retail store only. We do not sell wholesale.

Is glassware dishwasher safe?
Due to harsh detergents, dishwashers are not recommended. I recommend handwashing your glassware with warm soapy water ( I do this with every piece before it is sent out). I cannot guarantee glassware that has been washed in a dishwasher.
Are mailboxes weatherproof?
All mailboxes are sealed with four coats of heavy duty, clear, non-yellowing, sealer. This process protects against weathering, but I also recommend using a light coat of car wax once yearly to protect the surface design. Or, you can simply spray it with any clear sealer for added protection.
